BizTek901 is open and transparent about our pricing structure. We offer competitive prices without any surcharges, hidden fees or up-selling. We offer volume discounts to everyone as well as additional MilVet discounts to Gold Star family members, military spouses and veterans.

Although we charge hourly rates for project management and implementation services, we always provide a written estimate. We guarantee our estimate will be accurate within a 10% margin of error. When the project is done, we work with our customers to ensure quality and satisfaction. After the completion of the quality control process, we send our customers a detailed invoice that shows the breakdown of all charges.

Project Management & Implementation Fees ^1,2

Service Agreement Based Pricing ^1,2

Service Agreements define the type and level of service to be provided, the desired performance level, the allotted response time, the issue resolution time frame and the methods for contact and communication. The amount of the monthly retainer is based on the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Incidents are billed against the retainer amount until the maximum time allotment for the respective SLA has been reached. Prices below are not binding nor available without a service contract.

² Does not include parts, products or supplies.
³ For remote support, a minimum of 0.5 hours is charged per incident.
⁴ For on-site support, a minimum of 1 full hour is charged per incident.
⁵ Response time is calculated during normal work days between 8am and 5pm.
